Here’s a few things you should know about me:
I completely changed my life when I decided that I refused to be miserable, underpaid, and out of alignment. So I decided that I wasn’t just going to accept what society says I deserve. I set out to get what I wanted out of life.
I increased my salary 90% without acquiring new skills. Once I knew my true value, I used my experience as a secretary turned Executive Assistant to begin landing accelerated project manager roles in the IT industry.
I am a champion for black women in tech. Seeing the lack of diversity in the IT and cyber security space lit a passion inside of me. I knew that with a little guidance I could help change the future of the IT industry while helping black women find fulfilling lives and careers.
I do this for their future and for our past. I see a world where my children have financial freedom, generational wealth, and a Mom whose career allows her to be present for them. I do this work to encourage black women to stand in their power and take their space.
Today, after working for organizations like NASA, IBM, Dell, and the Department of Defense, I have the privilege and freedom of helping ambitious women change their lives in the same way I’ve changed mine.
